Take heart with learning to speak. My experience with French was first it sounded like one huge word, then words broken apart but not understandable. Then I began to understand. The speaking was the last thing to come. Things are also complicated because both you and your spouse speak English to each other (even when you vow to speak Italian). Mike and I would vow to speak French to each other when we lived in Paris but that would last for about 5 minutes. YOU WILL LEARN -- TRUST ME. And you are in the best place to learn a language - since you see and hear it around you all day, every day.Diannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08249874735043959774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7956489623554999361.post-86773105576448359932010-09-13T07:09:16.043-04:002010-09-13T07:09:16.043-04:00Yvonne, I wish with all my heart I could experienc...Yvonne, I wish with all my heart I could experience that too, but am realistic enough to know that for me, that will probably never happen!karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02387141835879842596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7956489623554999361.post-38905000415989176422010-09-13T03:28:11.702-04:002010-09-13T03:28:11.702-04:00Sympathetic chuckle from this corner of the world....Sympathetic chuckle from this corner of the world.
